Thanks for a Great Season!

The marathon season is over and with that we are officialy closed for spring and summer. Training will resume in August for those wanting to run Rock N Roll Arizona. We'll work with you on a one-on-one basis if you are interested in running a fall marathon. We will do some group fun runs this spring and summer so check back from time to time and feel free to contact me anytime.

Congrats to AFC 1/2 Marathon Finishers


Jeff Galloway Phoenix was well represented at the 29th annual America’s Finest City ½ Marathon in San Diego this weekend. After training all summer, congratulations are in order for our finishers; Greg Nelson, Sue & Craig Frost, Brenda Deuel, Doug Diehl, Happy Durnin, Kim Ungvarsky, Kim Lange, Susan Morris, Allison Snyder and Jill Horat. It was a beautiful overcast morning with race temperatures at about 72 degrees. You should be very proud of you accomplishment and don’t stop here; keep building on your success for a positive lifestyle change. Also, I enjoyed coaching each and every one of you, thanks for the opportunity. Time to start thing about the next challenge! Rock N Roll, Disney, Tucson?
